Our cottage, located in Tiny Township, offers everything you need for a relaxing, sun-filled retreat. It's the perfect place for family and friends to gather, unwind and make lifelong memories. We are steps away from three beaches, each with a beautiful view of the Blue Mountains across Nottawasaga Bay. There's soft sand underfoot in these ideal swimming spots. Picnic on the beach, splash around, and take in the gorgeous sunsets. Perfect for one or two or families, there are three indoor bedrooms. Bring the family dog along too! This cottage offers a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and a dining table with seating for up to six adults. Outside is truly the place to be - a large wrap-around deck allows ample space to entertain, BBQ, dine outdoors or lounge in the sun. The screened-in porch makes a great outdoor haven on rainy days, especially with a board game or two. It's also the perfect spot to curl up with a book, or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. There's plenty of yard space - this cozy oasis is nestled among tall trees on a large lot, with a mix of sun and shade. Play a game of bocce, beach volleyball or horseshoes - that is, if you aren't toasting marshmallows around the bonfire! | This cottage had everything for a wonderful, relaxing family holiday. Our family loved the 5 minute walk to the beach as well as all of the games available from outdoor ping pong, basketball and badminton to jumping on the the new trampoline. There was something for everyone. Inside there were plenty of games and movies as well as a large screened in porch for rainy days. We had a great time. Thank you.

| We enjoyed the variety of outdoor and indoor activities, ping pong, volleyball, kayaking to name a few, and yes, very close to the beaches which made for our great family get away. We loved our stay, from the comfy beds, the well equipped kitchen, and the screened porch a family favorite, so peaceful. We struggled sometimes with 4 adults sharing the bathroom but we found a system. Lindsey, your a great host, so fur and family oriented, and so available to answer my questions. Excellent experience.

| Awesome and relaxing. After a hectic spring, our families look forward to spending some R and R at this cozy, relaxing oasis among a sheltered fun filled back garden. With firepit, trampoline and outdoor table tennis not to mention the bocce and horseshoe pit, we had a great time outdoors. Best event was morning coffee with our derrieres plunked in the sand watching the waves roll in and listening to the call of the birds. Magic!! Beds are comfy and screened in patio was a God send from the skeeters. Thank you for being such great hosts!!

| Lovely place, very close to several great beaches. Nice outdoor space with firepit and it's own beach volleyball court. My kid loved the sand! Well equipped with what we needed for a long weekend getaway, good views for walks and runs. Would definitely go there again!

| We are a family of 4 with kids that LOVE the sand and to swim. This was the perfect location. Thank you for having us at your cottage. The cottage is very private and quiet. It is surrounded by trees and nature. I loved getting up in the morning and drinking my coffee listening to the birds, etc. We felt very at home here. The beds were vert comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the and used the bbq and fire pit during our stay. The patio is the perfect spot to relax with a drink then head to the screened in porch to avoid bugs- although there were very little mosquitos here. The sand at the cottage was the icing on the cake! My kids played in the sand for hours! The other games and trampoline were an added bonus too. We had a few beaches to choose from - all within a short walk. The COVE was our favorite. After hours at the beach it was nice to walk just a few minutes and be back in quiet and relaxation. I would 100% stay here again. Plenty of games to choose from and extra items if you forgot something. Thank you so much Lindsay! We will be back!
