The second floor has three bedrooms with independently controlled AC units and an office area overlooking the main floor with a view to the lake. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a steam room and Jacuzzi, large windows and a balcony overlooking the lake. The other two bedrooms have a connecting bathroom in between. The basement floor has a fully renovated entertainment area with a pool table, flat screen TV, fireplace, foosball table, ping pong table and poker table.
