Situated on the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait, this incredible property is beachfront on a sandy, private beach, featuring incredible sunsets, warm ocean water and a comfortable cottage with all modern amenities located on a large, private lot.
The cottage features a master bedroom with queen bed; a second bedroom with 2 single beds; a loft with daybed; fully-equipped kitchen; 3-piece bath; large ocean-facing living area; TV room; laundry; and, large wrap-around deck. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.
The area is a rural, beachfront, fishing community in close proximity to the bridge to PEI and the border to Nova Scotia at Tidnish. Seafood is available in season, including lobster. There are many day trip options including Fundy National Park, The Dunes at Bouctouche, Le Pays de la Sagouine, Koujibouguac National Park and the popular tourist beaches of Aboiteau and Parlee Beach. There are two exceptional restaurants in the immediate area and several more within 20 minutes.
Please note that this cottage can only be booked Saturday to Saturday from mid-June to early September.
Also, please note that one, clean, well-behaved dog is permitted. Pets must be kept off of furniture and beds, the owner must pick up after it and it must be controlled so that it does not bother neighbours while on the property and the beach.
