Large dock to jump off with sunset views and steps to shallow sandy water entry! 450' of private shoreline. 100' of which is great for swimming with a huge dock and over water deck. 350' is along a shallow bay with wildflowers, lilypads and lots of wildlife.
Gorgeous views from every room and all day sun.
Huge lake with lots to explore and amazing fishing with kayaks and canoe provided.

Our 3 bedroom cottage has:

3) Bunk bedroom with double over double bunk beds. (Cozy for more than 2 adults but perfect for up to 4 kids. The top bunk weight limit is 300lbs.)
-> Infant and toddler gear: pack and play, diaper genie, outdoor pop up play yard with a sun shade, toddler cot, high chair, step stool, toys, books, sand toys and black out curtains!
> Workstation: a monitor, keyboard, headset and desk.
> Games and puzzles, a huge DVD collection with all the Disney classics and Xbox with Kinect.
-> Gorgeous nature - 300' of our shoreline is naturalized with wildflowers and lilypads. We recently worked with a conservation group to plant over 250 flowering shrubs and wildflowers. Beautiful woods surrounding the house with lots of land to explore.
-> Wildlife galore! Heron, otter, deer, ducks, eagles, loon, swan, rabbits, beaver, muskrat, turtles and frogs are frequently spotted.
Things to do:
-> Amazing fishing, our lake is one of the best for bass, trout and pike.
-> Frontenac Provincial Park, Rideau heritage trail, and Nature Conservancy trails nearby for hiking.
-> Public boat ramp 5 min away and room to park a boat trailer. You can navigate the 4 lake system that is part of the Rideau Canal (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
-> Berry, apple and pumpkin picking nearby.
-> Kingston and Gananoque are each a 30 min drive - take a Thousand Islands cruise, tour Kingston Pen and soak in the beauty of these historic cities. Perth is also a great day trip.
