| We had a wonderful time at Geoff's beautiful home! The house is massive - there was plenty of room for all of us, and the kids loved the bunkhouse as their own private space. The amenities were great - big kitchen, comfy family room, a work out room and sauna(!!!), pool table, darts and bar were all awesome, and the view from every room was second to none. Location was great (quick drive into Buckhorn or Bobcaygeon), and best of all, the lake was gorgeous - perfect for swimming, kayaking, or just sitting next to! Geoff was a great host; very patient, attentive and responsive. We hope to visit again in 2024!

| We stayed at this cottage for two weeks beginning July 24, 2021. The cottage was everything the photos showed it to be and more. It was clean, well laid out and beautiful! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We were able to comfortably sleep 11 people with room to spare. Our kids (aged 18-29) had a great time with the pool table, hot tub (that we rented), sauna, lake and all of the space gave everyone all the room they needed. Great sound system, super comfortable beds and a real family feel to the dining area and lounge. The dock was perfect and we had sun on it from 1:30 pm to sunset. We watched the sun go down each evening in the dock with music and wine. Lots of privacy! The lake is connected to Bobcaygeon and we were able to rent a jet-ski there and easily find out way back to the cottage with it. The lake was great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding with two nearby islands that were swimmable to. Geoff and Roxy were great to work with around the booking and Gary (the rental Coordinator) was an absolute delight to help us get oriented. They were all readily available if we had questions.
We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next summer.

| My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving Weekend. The colours were beautiful and the weather couldn't have been more perfect. The cottage was very spacious and clean.
Geoff was incredibly prompt in answering any questions leading up to our stay and even provided a thorough welcome guide with information on nearby activities, restaurants, and check-in and check-out details. Gary, the cottage taker, was also very helpful in giving us an overview of the cottage when we arrived.
The cottage was beautiful, clean and the view from the back deck was perfect. The sunsets were magical coming up from the island in the middle of the calm lake. Kitchen and other essentials were provided which made packing so much easier. The stove/oven is a beautiful antique replica of a wood stove. We made use of the fire pit and wood stove in the house ~ wood logs and chairs were provided and easily accessible. Oh.. and the sauna....
The cottage is located in a little survey that makes morning walks easy. There is also a beautiful provincial park about 5 minutes drive away that we enjoyed.
The town is quaint with a Woodland and LCBO also just 5 minutes away. If you're there in the summer there is also a small winery in town which we didn't get to visit.
Honestly a beautiful slice of heaven - the main living area has beautiful lake views that are breathtaking. Thank you so much for accommodating us.

| Our family of 5 stayed at this property for 2.5 weeks in the summer of 2020. Geoff and Roxy are fantastic hosts. The cottage was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. If you are into sunsets, there is no better place to watch the sun go down than on their lakefront dock. What a view!!! Grocery and hardware stores are less than 10 minutes away. Bobcaygeon is about 12 minutes away. Everything you need is at your fingertips.
Fantastic place. Fantastic people. Highly recommended.
