Welcome to Sweet P's, Turkey Point, Ontario! We have a lovely two bedroom, one bath cottage, fully equipped for your holiday at the beach. The interior is freshly decorated, bright, welcoming and clean! The cottage is a very short walk (4 minutes) to the beach. Trails, KiddieLand (play park), restaurants and local amusements are all within walking distance of the cottage. Plenty to do in the area, we are close to many wineries, golf courses, and great dining spots. There is hiking, star gazing, zip lining, kayaking, water sports, bird watching and beautiful wooded trails for either biking or hiking. And of course there is the beach! Fridge, stove, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, WiFi, satellite TV (with premium package including HBO, Sports, Movies). BBQ, picnic table, lawn chairs & cushions. Pots & Pans, dishes, cutlery, cleaning supplies, there is a small supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Propane for BBQ and firewood are provided. Please bring your own bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries. Linens and towels can be provided at an additional cost at the time of booking. Please contact the Owner if you require this service. The Porch Room has two ceiling fans, and there are a few portable fans in cottage. There is a window Air Conditioner in second bedroom which does a nice job of cooling the cottage! This cottage is a family oriented cottage. Please note no loud parties will be tolerated. Our cottage is not suitable for large groups or parties. Failure to respect this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Please contact the owner regarding booking and for a copy of the rental agreement which will have information regarding deposits, fees and cancellation details.
We will permit a pet with prior approval. An extra $100 damage deposit will be required for anyone wishing to bring pets. The $100 will be refunded if cottage and yard are cleaned up after pet and no damage occurred.
No smoking inside the cottage - ashtray & sand pail provided for disposal of cigarette butts. Please do not litter on the property.

| Last year Agnes and I were at the cottage for 3.5 days, this year we returned again to this place but for 9 days.And it was a great vacation,better we could not dream of. Cottage very well maintained, clean, with a very large backyard, firepit, bbq, fully equipped, for a really good price for rent, especially for a week of time. Peace , quiet , beautiful starry sky on a dark night , close to the lake , super neighbors , very kind and friendly as well as the owners of the cottage, Pat and Steve. Super people with a heart on their hands , helpful, always something to advise. My thoughts are that if all goes well , one of the vacations will be to return to this place every year. I have a great fondness for this place, and it awakens in me a lot of beautiful memories of our vacations together.
Someone who can enjoy the little things will not be disappointed

| We arrived a little early for our 7 day stay and met the owners, who were very friendly and gracious. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed.. When not at the beach we enjoyed much of our time there on the screened front porch, watching the world go by. There was outdoor seating in the large backyard, and a fire pit that we enjoyed. We would certainly recommend this cottage and will consider it again should we return to Turkey Point for vacation.

| Once again we had the opportunity to spend a week at this lovely cottage in mid June. Spotless and fully equipped as usual! The owners are extremely helpful with any questions and readily give suggestions on places to visit. We had perfect beach weather and spent several days there relaxing with a book. We also explored the area including Port Dover and Simcoe. We always returned to the cottage to enjoy the evening in the screened in porch. Can't wait to return.

| We had a lovely time at the cottage. It was so clean, comfortable, just like 'home', and the property was huge with back yard fire pit and comfortable enclosed front porch and deck. It was so close to the beach (literally less than 5 minute walk) and a quick drive to various wineries, breweries, and other amenities.
We have never been to the area (even though so close to home) so nice to roam around Port Dover, Port Rowan, Long Point, and Simcoe. We will definitely be back!

| This cottage is lovely and clean, it felt like a home away from home. It's a very short walk to the beach and even shorter distance to bike trails. It's difficult finding a reasonably priced cottage for two, this is most definitely it. Pat is friendly and courteous it was a pleasure meeting her. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Me and my boyfriend can't wait to go back!
