Beautiful cozy cottage located on 20 Walmsley Street TURKEY POINT ONTARIO SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED effective immediately **Linen is supplied and changed after each rental bring your own towels. Nice lot in the quiet part of Turkey Point only minutes from the beach! This cottage sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath in the cottage BEDROOM 1**QUEEN BED BEDROOM 2** DOUBLE BED BEDROOM 3**BUNK BED WITH DOUBLE on bottom SUPER SINGLE on top Walking distance from shopping, L.C.B.O., restaurants, golf, mini-golf, zip-lining, fishing, and water sports. Sea-Doo/ boat rentals and boat launches are available in the area. Only a short 5 min walk to the beach and many other tourist attractions. The cottage also has a 55" plasma TV, wood stove, a large side yard for games, and a fire pit in the back yard. Great summer family getaway! Very nice wrap-around covered deck in the front of the cottage and a huge covered deck in the back for those nice rainy days in the summer

It is important for all renters to understand that our cottage is not designed for large party groups.
WE EXPECT RENTERS TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS and to keep the noise down to a minimum at all times. Please remember, that we will only consider renters who are seeking a quiet vacation escape with us.
The owners will not tolerate any yelling, screaming, loud music, or out-of-control behaviors by any of the renters that may cause a disturbance to our neighbors. Failure to observe our guidelines will result in the termination of your rental with NO refund or possible future rentals.
PRIME TIME Rentals: summer months JULY & AUGUST are week bookings
Check-In Time: SATURDAY 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: the following Saturday 11:00 a.m.
A contract will need to be filled out and returned to the owner in order to hold your booking.
A deposit via E-Transfer, Cash $300.00 is required to hold your booking, non-refundable. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival via E-Transfer. A $300.00 Security/Damage Deposit is also due at this time and will be refunded via E-Transfer, Cash within 5 days of check out, assuming no damages or extra cleanup is required.

| We rented this cottage for a mother daughter week away with our dogs, it was a perfect cottage, it has almost everything you could need and more, it's super quite, very clean, and a 5 min walk to the beach. Leo and Donna are great host! Would definitely rent it again! Thanks again

| We had the most amazing time this past week at the cottage with our kids. The cottage was perfect for our little family and had everything we needed and more! The baby had so much fun running around in the big yard and hanging on the deck. The cottage is so so close to the beach as long as a quieter spot is what your looking for it was perfect we can't wait to book again in the future :)

| The cottage is lovely and very comfortable, it feels like home!. There is virtually nothing that you would want or need that you will not find already there! Leo is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. there are plenty of activities to do in the yard (croquet, soccer balls, bikes, beach toys etc.) as well as the fire pit. If you or your kids like to play indoor games (in the evening, or on a rainy day) bring some along, as this is one of the very few things that you will not find waiting for you. It's a short walk (5 to 8 minutes depending on who is walking!) to the beach.
if you enjoy the sun, you get plenty of it in the very large yard. if you prefer the shade, the covered decks will be perfect for you!
Leo and Donna are both very lovely, friendly people. I would absolutely rent from them again!
