1357 Lake Shore Road Rainham We are offer only weekly stays during the months of June, July & August 2024. All other months of 2024 we offer less than weekly stays. The perfect location for small Bridal Showers, Church & Social Group Retreats, Ice Fishing on Lake Erie, Snow Mobile Ride gatherings and so on.... From the moment you arrive, you will be blown away by this magnificent new Lake House with spectacular million dollar view of the lake from every living space. There are no neighbours to the left or right of you. You will have all the privacy one could ever want. Lake House features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, full open concept living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Sit back and enjoy the two elevated view porches and a huge stamped concrete patio directly overlooking the lake and beach fronts. Lake House comes fully equipped with all your cookware, dinnerware, modern appliances including dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, coffeemaker and keurig. Our Lake House is located between Port Dover and Dunnville on the shore of Lake Erie. Drive time is less than 1.5 hours from Toronto, 35 minutes from Hamilton and Brantford, and 1.5 hour from Niagara Falls and US border (Peace Bridge). It is a short 25 minute drive to Dunnville where you will find Tim Hortons, 24 hour shopping, McDonalds, A&W, Godfather's Pizza (delivers), Canadian Tire, LCBO, banking and plenty of sites to see in the area. Close to Long Beach Conservation Area, Freedom Oaks 18 hole golf course and Dunnville Golf and Country Club with a 9 hole public course.

Top floor has master bedroom with walk out patio, two double beds, wet bar, on suite bathroom and a second bedroom with one double bed.
Main floor has one bedroom with two twin beds, on suite bathroom
Lower level has 1 bedroom with a double bed. Half bathroom.

Anyone renting or staying as a guest must agree to these terms:

Lake conditions are impacted by the weather and are unpredictable.
Restrictions: - No pets, No smoking inside rental units or on wood porches
No Fireworks permitted onsite
No archery or pellet guns permitted onsite
Must be 25 to book a vacation stay at the lake house

CLEANING - (optional) Guests have the option of cleaning the lake house themselves upon check out. Lake house MUST be in the EXACT same condition that it was in at checked in time. If lake house is NOT cleaned as per the guidelines a MINIMUM FEE of $200 will be charged from the Security Deposit....
OR
...Guests now have the option to have the Departure Cleaning fee ADDED to their rental at an additional rate of $165.00. The Departure Cleaning fee must be booked and paid in full prior to Check In. NOTE: this includes regular cleaning upon check out and does not cover ANY DAMAGE or over the top cleaning requirements (oven walls covered in food, stains on furniture, etc).

NOTES Non Refundable Booking Deposit is $250 and it is used towards paying for your stay on check in day. | Thanks Dave and Katherine for sharing their cottage with us to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked and our children enjoyed learning to ride bicycles and scooters across the large patio. The calm morning waters were great while the afternoon breeze kept us cool on hot sunny days.

| Dave and Katherine are extraordinary hosts! From securing the booking to the day of the rental, the hosts were accommodating, fast with responses, and pleasant to work with. The photos of the lakehouse are amazing, but I promise you - you have to be there to truly appreciate this wonderful place! My husband and I got married under the gazebo in the backyard, and could not have selected a more beautiful backdrop; especially for early October! The rooms are incredibly spacious and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful! This being the only property on the lake on both sides, you may sincerely forget the outside world for a bit.
If you're lucky to stay, spend some time outside at night and look up to experience a wonderful star show!

| This was our third year staying at the Lakehouse for our girls weekend. We love this property. There is lots of room in the house and the kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoy sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We are planning on booking again for next year. David is great to deal with.

| This is the best cottage hands down! We had a blast during our stay (literally, it was so windy we couldn't hang out at the patio), but still we had a great time - house was super clean with everything you need, Dave was very responsive and provided every detail to ensure we are well prepared. We will definitely be coming back next year!
