This is a charming, classic Shediac cottage with the beach right at the end of the lane, and only a 2 minute walk to Parlee Beach. On Second Avenue, it is great location. Tennis courts, bike path, wharf and marina are also all just a short walk away. Fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer too! Toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and microwave. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. The two long screened verandas, one with a futon and the other with two couches create extra comfortable seating areas. Tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and shabby chic furniture. Large deck with umbrella table and chairs, two chaise longues with comfy cushions, and a barbecue too. A really nice cottage with classic charm. Free high speed internet . $1175/ week July and August, $675/week May, June,$775 September and October. Rates are for FOUR (4) people only. (If 5th is a child, no fee)

| My husband and I just stayed a week at this sweet little cottage! It had everything we needed and more! Excellent location short walk to beach it's literally at the end of the lane! The cottage is super cozy with rustic charm, stays nice and cool for a good night sleep cozy screened in rooms and a great deck for bbq'ing and relaxing! We will certainly be back next year! Thanks for a great stay!
