This is a large and comfortable four bedroom four-season, water front cottage is able to sleep 8-10 people comfortably. The cottage boasts a luxurious amount of living space which includes an open-concept living room/ recreation room on the main level with wood stove, three bedrooms, a four piece bathroom and a great view of the lake from the large wrap around deck with lots of space to relax. Lower level features include a large TV room, bedroom room, spacious kitchen/dining area, generous mud-room and separate laundry room. There is a large, level back yard with a three tier deck, fire pit and plenty of room for family gatherings, outdoor activities and ample parking on either side of the road. The water on Crystal Lake is deep and clear with a sandy bottom, great for swimming, fishing, hunting, boating or just soaking up the sun on the 22 foot long dock. Smoking is prohibited in the cottage. The cottage is for rent all year. Great hunting area, close to crown land for hunting. . Weekly rental available from February to September. Crystal Lake is an excellent deep clear lake, great for fishing, swimming, water skiing,or tubing. The water is over 7 feet at the end of the dock. The cottage is 5 min from kawartha trails. Note: Palmers Escape is 15 minutes from Kinmount and 20 min. from Bobcaygon, or Minden. It is about 2hrs from the GTA. The cottage is 5min from Kawartha trails for 4 wheeling, ski doo. The public boat launch is 3 cottages away, there is also a small store that is open during peek season across from the public launch. We are on the south west end of Crystal Lake. NOTES Rates shown are from Feb 2021-to Feb 2022.We require a deposit of 350.00 to book your time. Deposits can be sent via email transfer. The balance and damage deposit are due upon arrival. If you cancel your booking with in a month or your booked date half your deposit will be returned. If less then 30 days notice you will not be refunded any of your deposit. There is also a 500.00 damage/ cleaning deposit required. To be returned when you check out if there is no damage and the cottage is left in the same condition as when you arrived. | We had an amazing stay at Palmers escape. It has everything you need to enjoy the summer. BBQ, fire pit, dock, fishing, paddle boat, indoor activities etc. The property is clean and comfortable. We also received a warm welcome by Darlene who was nice and responsive. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.

| This place is amazing we had so much fun. we had three families with kids and babies as well. The owner of the cottage Mrs Palmer is very friendly and very respectful. Such generous owners they let us to use all their stuffs. It's in a very good location. The towns near by are beautiful and very very friendly people I would highly recommend this place for families. There is no down side at all. Perfect place to have a blast. Darlene and Jeff are very kind hearted so it's a very safe place for kids and families.
