Newer cottage for rent in the heart of Grand Bend. 5 minute walk to the beach and one block from Main Street. 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 4th bedroom has 2 double beds. Sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. 3 full bathrooms, one on each level. Fully stocked kitchen and BBQ on back deck. Laundry facilities. Parking for 4 cars. Central Air. WiFi. Portable Fire Pit. We will rent to families or mature couples only. No parties or large group gatherings allowed. Pets will be considered. Damage/ cleaning deposit required.
Payment will be required in full by June 1st to confirm your reservation for the 2024
summer season.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 4:00 pm, Check out at 12:00 pm
Cottage is only 7 years old, very modern, spacious and clean. Excellent location.

| Thank you Lesley for hosting my family and one family deaf old dog.
for such a special two nights,
as we gather in memory of my husband/ kids dad,
of which would have been his 65th birthday on October 10th.
The kitchen is stocked like a home, rather then a cottage,
all I think I was missing, was a hand blender to make whip cream with.
The bedrooms were all spacious and the bed I had was comfy to sleep in.
I loved all the space, so we didn't feel we were on top of one another
and the open concept area off the kitchen, so cooks can visit with family
and not miss what they came for, to be together, while preparing the meals
I certainly hope to return another time,

| We had a wonderful time at this cottage with our family (There were 6 of us but there was more than enough room for 10). The location is wonderful, on a beautiful street/neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the beach and the main street. The clean and bright open concept was wonderful and it was very tastefully decorated with beachy decor that really gives you the feel of a beach vacation house. We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, boogie boards etc. for us to use during our stay. The owners were great to deal with over email/text and responded to all inquiries promptly. We love Grand Bend...such a great beach with the such warm and clean water and beautiful sandy bottom and even more fun when the waves are up. We would highly recommend this cottage if you are looking for a beach home vacation.

| BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!!! we just stayed 7days and the cottage was amazing open concept everything we needed was there!! 5min walk to everything like beach, restaurants, entertainment... long driveway for my boat. Great cottage for a big family or two small families like us!! I will definitely be coming again!!! Thanks again good family memories!!

| We stayed 11 nights in this cottage and it felt like home away from home. The cottage had everything we needed for a pleasant and convenient stay. There was lots of room and all the areas were spacious and well-equipped. The location of the cottage was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk from the cottage to the main strip and to the beach. Lesley, as a host, was awesome. She was very personable and she did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this rental property for anyone wanting to stay in Grand Bend.
