Amazing, renovated 4 bedroom cottage on Minden's South Lake. This spacious waterfront cottage has spectacular views over South Lake with excellent fishing and swimming for young and old. The shoreline has a sandy shallow entry, or deeper entry (4.5 feet) at the end of the dock. Utilize the level outdoor grass area to play lawn games such as bocce, washers, Kan Jam, croquet and cornhole, all available for you to enjoy on a private lot. Inside the cottage, take advantage of the full walk out basement with a second living room/ rec room with ping pong, air hockey and darts (bring your own darts to keep them out of the hands of children). The cottage is kid friendly with pack n play, high chair and two baby gates.

| This cottage really over delivered!
We went here last long weekend.
It was spacious, the basement play room and quite location and privacy really made this a perfect place for a family outing.
I must say the cottage is well stocked to the level of having extra batteries for the various remotes and the game console!
And Scott was a super host - fast to respond and very patience to answer any questions we had.
Would I recommend this place to anyone? definitely YES - in fact we already have!

| LOVED IT!!! Brought a group of friends up for a week vacation and couldn't have been happier. The house had canoes and paddle boat etc for getting out on the water. Very private location with a great area for hanging out by the water. Lots of room for cornhole and other games while relaxing in the sun or shade. We bbq'd and cruised into town which was super close and had plenty of stores and a lazy river!!! Highly recommend that by the way. Plenty of bedrooms and took advantage of the ping pong table as well. Awesome place and price is right!! I'd pay more actually

| Amazing time and beautiful cottage! Was amazed with the view of the lake in the morning and evening and loved that we were on the quieter end of the lake. The games were a great asset to keep the kids entertained and we loved the kayak! The water was very warm which was great! Loved that when we arrived, fans were on to keep the cottage cool! Would definitely consider for another time!

| Visited this cottage with a group of friends and had a very enjoyable experience. The renters were very helpful and answered all my questions and inquires. Lots of water activities, a games room, BBQ, great surrounding area and perfect lake front view made for a very fun and relaxing stay. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
