50% Deposit is required at time of booking, remainder is due upon arrival in cash. . Rates for Pets is 10.00/pet. Please do not allow pets on beds. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Garbage shall be taken with you on checkout or can be left for removal at a charge of $5.00 per bag. Bring your own towels and toiletries. Noise shall be restricted past the hours of 10 pm. Firewood may not be brought in from any other municipality and is available for sale at the cottage and at the General store.

We had a great time. Cottage was clean and Tony was very friendly and easy to deal with both booking and during our stay.

Short walk to Amberly Beach which we had to ourselves. 10 minute drive to Point Clark Beach which is nicer but busier.

Planning to come back next year.

The place was a little schack-ish. Tony's wife was nice but he was a piece of work. He lives right behind the cottage and after the first night made the rest of the week unreasonable. I had a friend come over with 2 young kids for lunch and we even ate outside. He threw a fit infront of everyone and tried to strong arm me. Did not work.....my kids still talk about the 500 spiders that were on the back end of his cabin. Would never go back and would never do business with Tony again!

Thank you for the feedback, we apologies your stay was not as you expected. We perform a walk through with all guest prior to final payment and provide sufficient pictures of the cottages on the ad. We encourage all guests who book the cottages to read our booking policies/rules. In an effort to maintain control and security of the property all visitors must be identified prior to arrival to the cottage our guests have booked. Parking for guests is limited to those who book and lability coverage extends to the guests alone. We do make accommodations for day guests of our clients but we require notice ahead of time to discuss logistics.

Cottage was clean. Tony is a great host! Provided us with firewood, and a few other things to make the stay very pleasant. Beach is a short walk away. Cottages are close to each other but it's OK.

Average stay.
We weren't given the full address so beware: there is an identical address 40mins North that also goes by Lakerange Cottages but is unrelated.
Cute place, nice location (lots of birds to watch; the beach is a short walk) but the cottages are very close together. If you are claustrophobic, this may not be the place for you because the bedrooms are small (which is fine in general) but the furniture inside them isn't (the second bedroom's bed is wall-to-wall). Lots of insects inside the cottage (which can be expected in the country) but it tells me that a sweep of the place wasn't done before we got there. There was a nickel-to-quarter sized bright red blood smear on the wall next to the bed (mosquito), and bugs had been killed and left where they were in the main bedroom and the kitchen. The stove had one working burner, which we weren't told about; one element was unplugged and we didn't want to risk using it; one knob was missing on the stove; and the third burner just didn't work.
We had an ok time but didn't unpack, didn't feel very relaxed.
