Large main floor with cathedral ceiling and wall of windows overlooking trees and lake.

Fully equipped kitchen, open dining room and living room areas. Wood stove.

Full deck and enclosed screen porch.

Two steps walk-up to second floor.

On second floor: Three bedrooms, with generous closets. Two bedrooms with queen bedroom, One bedroom with two twin beds.
One two pieces and one three pieces bathroom.

Steps from main floor to third floor.

On third floor a very large bedroom with one king bed.

Large open lower level for sleeping (double bed), playing, VCR, DVD.

Games, playpen dock, canoe.

This affordable May- October rental season 4 bedroom cottage is situated on a beautiful treed lot right on Lake of Islands , a perfect lake for swimming , canoeing and trekking.

Payment Method and timing
We prefer e-transfer

a) Rent : 50% of the rental fee is due at time of booking to secure the dates for you, and 50% of the rental fee is due two weeks before moving in to confirm the reservation.
b ) Security deposit of $500 for any damages incYou must be at least 30 years old in order to sign contract
Spring/summer - Minimum rental one week

All fees will be refunded to renter in case a) there is a lockdown, or b) renter or guest have or have been exposed to Covid- As long as it will be two weeks before moving in date.
