Beautiful renovated House situated in Grand-Barachois (Between Shediac & Cap-Pele) a few distances from the cottages and just beside Gagnon Trailer Park. Walking distance is 4-5 minutes to our beautiful private beach. A place where the family can enjoy relaxation and enjoy watching sailboats and fishing boats go by. We're 3 minutes by car to Cap-Pelé village. Cap-Pelé has all amenities, bakeries, grocery stores, and lots of great restaurants.
In our kitchen, we have two refrigerators, a stove, a microwave, pots and pans two toasters, a coffee maker, dishes and utensils, a BBQ and fire pit, and two air conditioners. We also have two bathrooms with towels. One bedroom has a TV with cable. All 5 bedrooms have their linens in each bed. We have a telephone on site. In our washroom, we have two washers and dryers and a line outside. I also have toys and games in the house for all the kids.
Our house can accommodate 8-10 comfortably. We have an oversized balcony with patio furniture on the second floor with a spectacular ocean view. The main floor also has a balcony with chairs and the BBQ with a propane tank
We have a large playground for kids to play in our park.
We're 15 minutes from Shediac (Parle Beach), the City of Moncton 30 minutes (Magic Mountain), and Prince Edward Island is 40 minutes.
We have private parking in front of the Beach for this house only. I'm the owner of that land.

This house is for 8-10 people, extra person will be charged $100 each per week
I also have a Fifth wheel I rent in the summer, asking for $800.00 per week for 2 people. My friend Emerise has a new trailer same location to rent for a family at $1000.00 per week
