Built on a bluff the spectacular views across Lake Erie can be enjoyed from both inside and outside the house either from the deck, balcony, look- out seat or the many picture windows of the house.
The beach is accessed by a gentle ramp from the house (as pictured) has a large deck built on the rocks with seating and even has a beverage fridge for ultimate convenience.
The house is approx 3,500 sq ft and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, large living room, study, laundry room and ping pong room.
One of the Queen bedrooms is located on the main floor with its own bathroom for those who struggle with stairs.
Outside a picnic table and look out seating are situated perfectly to enjoy the stunning views of the lake with a (mains ) gas BBQ on the deck close by.
There is also a separate coach house studio apartment. This has a Queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom and living area.

This property is located between Crystal Beach and Sherkston, on Holloway Bay.
Lake levels vary from year to year and sometimes even within the season. The beach photos shown were taken in the last 2 summers.
