Serene, lakeside, three bedroom cottage just on the north side of Grand Bend. The cottage is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach access which leads to one of the best sandy beaches in the area. Open concept living with large master, two additional bedrooms and laundry facilities all there to offer you the comforts of home. Fenced backyard with great decking and large grass area with fire pit that backs onto a peaceful ravine, and front deck with loads of privacy. Stroll to all Grand Bend has to offer. Full reservations welcome. The area is amazing all year round. The trails in Pinery Provincial Park are amazing, lots to do with the local Flea Market, browsing around the village of Grand Bend, the Huron County Playhouse, the new Dark Horse Estate Winery, and a short drive to beautiful Bayfield with it's amazing shops and restaurants. You can go for walks along the beautiful beach or just sit back in the yard and listen to nature, or go watch an amazing sunset. It's the perfect place to make those family memories that stay with you forever. Week rentals only from June 15th to Labour Day weekend. | We have been renting in the Grand Bend area for over 20 years and this has been our favourite cottage! Very clean, great layout and perfect size for a family of 4 and a small dog. Beautiful private front yard and large backyard with a great sitting area. Just a short walk to a beautiful private beach! It doesn't get better than that!! Ann is incredible! We will be back!

| Just stayed at this cottage with my sister and two friends for a week and we loved it. The host Anne kept in great communication with us and was very helpful. The place is spacious, new and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with any implements we would need. It is a very convenient location with a couple grocery stores very close by and the private beach just a 1 minute walk away. The beach was very quiet with not many people and we swam there almost everyday. We also really liked Pinery Provincial Park which is a very short drive from the cottage. The beach in the park was huge and really beautiful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely choose this cottage again!

| My family of five and my two dogs stayed at the cottage for one week and everyone enjoyed the cottage. The cottage is just five minutes away from the beach, some days you can hear the waves from the cottage. The cottage is well stocked with all you need for a worry free vacation. The patio furniture and beds are very comfortable. The cottage is clean, with a private front and back yard. The back yard is fully fenced and had no problems with my dogs running away. The cottage is very close to Grand Bend main street, Sobeys and the LCBO. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The beach is nice and good for swimming. Anne made the rental process easy and was available to assist and answer questions, however, we did not have any issues. We recommend this cottage.

| Recently stayed here for a week ( myself, husband , and our dog ) . Couldn't have asked for a better week. The cottage is small , but cozy and perfect for a getaway from the city. The cottage was stocked with everything and anything you could need. Very clean and tidy as well. We REALLY enjoyed the backyard and deck as well as the private beach ( Very dog friendly, which our lab enjoyed!) Anne was super friendly and available if needed - zero issues so she wasn't needed much haha.
I only have 1 minor suggestion or FYI (to future renters) - . The backyard is large and is fenced in however , NOT secure. Both sides of the house are not gated, so tricky if you have a curious pup like ours - we had to move some lawn furniture around to try and block off the areas so it would be somewhat secure. I would recommend gating the backyard to make it secure at both sides of the property.
The week was great and we would def return!!

| Absolutely amazing! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quaint getaway that isn't too far off from some city life.
Property owner was a pleasure to work. Cottage is a quick jaunt away from a private beach and beautiful water, 5-10min away from the main strip where you could get in some shopping and restaurant food. About 20min away from Pinery Provincial park.
The cottage is in excellent condition, very well maintained and provides everything you could possibly need for a weekend trip or even a two week stay. Looking forward to visiting again!! Thank you for everything!
