This spacious three-bedroom lakefront bungalow has just been completely renovated inside and out! A perfect family getaway, the home has three bedrooms, a large open living room and dining room area, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, and bright central hallway which opens onto a back patio with a beautiful view of lake Huron. Built on a large property, there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy including a private staircase which takes you to the white-sand Lake Huron beach. Enjoy a day at the beach, or take in the sunset on the large beachside patio. This fully winterized home is available for rent all-year round. Two of the three bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third has a full-sized bed. Three full-sized futons are located in the living room area, sleeping a total of 12 people. This is an ideal family-friendly vacation home or retreat for responsible adults. Unfortunately we are unable to rent to teenagers. Amenities such as Microwave, Stove, Coffee Maker, Fridge, BBQ, Outdoor Seating, WIFI, Netflix and private parking are all provided. Bed linens, furnishings, and cooking equipment are also provided. Guests are asked to bring their own towels. Looking for more space, or to vacation with another family? | This cottage was perfect for our family. Was clean and has everything you need. The gardens & yard were great size with a lake view from the fire pit! The owner Branka was a very lovely lady & so sweet, she even made us some homemade cinnamon rolls which my family enjoyed very much. Bring water shoes as they are needed to enter the rocky lake but the beach & sunsets were amazing! Will definitely return again.

| We stayed from Sept 21-25, 2020. 4 adults from London, so nice and close. The cottage was exactly as described. Very clean and well laid out for 2 couples. 2 bathrooms was great. The kitchen had more items than expected. We noticed a rice cooker and a Keurig coffee machine in the cupboard. The regular coffee maker had a permanent filter in and worked well. There are a lot of stairs to the beach but that was fine even for my 84 year old dad who is in good shape. Definitely wear shoes down there as it is rocky. If you cannot handle stairs then you can see the water from the back yard. A short drive down the road you can park at the St. Joseph beach area and walk onto the sand. It is a tiny beach but at this time of year there was only one other couple there. The weather was spectacular that week and we loved sitting on the beach and on the deck. There were plenty of deck chairs at the beach level and we were given a bag of firewood to use on the beach. We met one set of neighbours who were very nice. Branka (owner) gave us tomatoes from her garden and even brought us a home baked pear pie. We took day trips to Bayfield and Goderich as they are very close by. Branka was just lovely and we loved our stay. We would all recommend this cottage and we would love to return.

| The best beach in the area! I went swimming, 1km each way, and the beach was the best at this property. There's literally 40m of sand bar, which makes it so fun and easy to play games in the water. The property is gorgeous and there are so many great places to sit, relax and enjoy a meal and a cup of coffee inside and outside. A perfect place to get out of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet. The owners left many extra touches such as fresh cut flowers, and hand painted artistic touches. Totally enjoyed our stay. The owners are wonderful! They are kind, courteous, friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come again.

| Cottage was clean and spacious. Grounds and beach are beautiful! The home owners mom brought us homemade strudel on Sunday morning...delicious!
