My family and I had a fantastic time at the cottage and made memories that will last a lifetime. The owners have gone well above and beyond with how well the cottage is set up. It's impossible to be bored with all the games and activities provided with this cottage. I commend and respect all of the thought that was put into providing the perfect getaway. They literally thought of EVERYTHING someone might need. The craftsmanship that went into the building of this cottage is amazing and the beds were also super comfortable. We will be back for sure and can't wait to spend more time in this paradise. Miles away is the perfect name because I literally felt miles away. Once you step foot on this property, all the stresses of every day life disappear and it's nothing but peace and tranquility. I highly recommend this fantastic cottage for any family looking for the perfect, quiet getaway.

My family's stay at the Miles Away Cottage was fantastic. The building itself is beautiful (though still definitely feels like a cottage), spacious and is filled with all sorts of nice things that make it an enjoyable vacation spot. When the weather is calm, take the stand-up paddle board for a spin around the bay, and then enjoy a beer around the campfire at night in comfy adirondack chairs. If its stormy, hold a ping pong and foosball tournament in the garage. The location is also very central to easily access the local attractions in the National Parks and Tobermory. The owners were very responsive to all the questions we had and were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the cottage to others.

This place was absolutely incredible. It was better than advertised. It is exactly like the pictures. The owners were excellent. They were very nice and super accommodating. They even had a friend check on us. The cabin is very well kept and clean. The location was perfect for seeing the sights and enjoying the cabin. We loved it! I can't wait until we can stay again.
