This cottage is one of the nicest places that I've rented and I've been going with my highschool friends for a nice weekend getaway for 3 years now. Its a wonderful property with everything listed above for having a great time by the water - whether you are hanging out on the deck relaxing, or taking a canoe out onto the Lake of Bays. The indoor space is very well kept and has plenty of room for hanging out when it gets cold or buggy outside.

Fantastic communication with the hosts, and am planning on renting again for years to come!

My families stay last summer at this rental on the Lake of Bays was excellent. The cottage was clean and very well kept. We especially loved the boathouse with deck on top for days lounging in the sun and enjoying the view. Speaking of view, the view from the master suite is incredible!! The kitchen is expansive and modern-chic. We loved it. Everything was included from lifejackets to common staples, and video games (for the day it rained :). Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. And the check-in check-out process worked perfectly. I would certainly recommend choosing this rental to stay.

We had a wonderful week away as a family of 6 and our little grand daughter. It was a great place to relax and unwind. Rooms were comfortable and homey. The dining room and the living room gave us a beautiful view of the lake of bays with tons on natural light but still very private. Cottage itself was clean and had the essentials we needed. We got a lot of us out of the kayaks, the paddle boards and the floating carpet. We were thankful for the different life jacket sizes that fit all of us. It was neat to have neighbours nearby but not hear them. The deck both off the cottage and above the boat house were spacious and allowed for everyone to unwind and lounge with a good book. Definitely will come again. Thanks again Jana and the Garratt family for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us and always a quick message away if we needed something.
