| Mike and Maria's cottage was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better to the park and beach as it was literally just right across the street a minute away! The cottage also has a canoe and 2 kayaks for your use to enjoy, as well as a fire pit with wood provided! The size of the cottage was perfect for our family and was well equipped with everything you would need! The pictures on the site do not do the cottage justice, as there are so many nice little details in the cottage in terms of decor and space as well. We would definitely return back to this cottage in a heartbeat.

| We had a wonderful experience at this lakeside muskoka cottage. The proximity to Kirby Beach was outstanding and the kids loved the park. The owners were very accommodating and responsive when we had questions. As soon as we got home we emailed to book again, we had such a lovely time! - 10/10

| We just got back and are wishing we could still be there, a week was not long enough. Stayed for 1 week with my partner in August. The cottage was everything we could have asked for. It was a perfect size for 2 people, nice and clean when we arrived. There is a fire pit, 2 kayaks, and as close to the beach as you can get. Mike and Maria were great to work with and chat with, they were able to accommodate our time frame we were looking for and answered any questions we had. We would definitely go again!

| This Cottage is beautiful and large. The pictures don't do justice of how nice it is. There was lots of room and everything you would possibly need while at a cottage. Thefire pit was stocked with lots of wood and kindling to have a nice fire and sticks were provided to roast marshmallows. Our kids loved it. There is a gorgeous public beach two driveways down that has grass trees and a nice strip of sand. The water is clear with a sandy bottom and stays shallow for a while so it is great for little kids to swim in. The owners of the cottage were very accommodating and even offered us to check in a little bit earlier because the cottage was ready. My wife are two kids and I would definitely rent this Cottage again it is truly a gem. Another plus about this cottage is that the town is just a 5 minute drive away and Santa's Village is extremely close too. We highly recommend this cottage to other people.

| A wonderful family vacation in a cottage that you can call home.
We have rented this cottage for the winter months - this was our first summer trip. What an incredible experience. The cottage has every amenity you could need, the shallow, sandy beach is perfect for families, and Mike and Maria are gracious hosts. There for anything we could need and so hospitable. We cannot wait to go back next summer and make many more memories.
