| My girlfriends and I of over 20 years stayed at Thompson Point cottage for our annual mommy getaway retreat. It is most definitely one of the most beautiful cottages we have stayed at so far. Exuding a cozy and warm atmosphere both inside and outside by the lake, it was an absolute pleasure spending our time together at this property. The cabana and pristine lounging area by the lake was one of our favourite spaces to have a drink and soak in the sights, along with the AMAZING kitchen where we prepared and enjoyed our meals together. The only suggestion I have would be to perhaps provide hand towels in the washrooms, but such a minor detail ;)
Overall a wonderful experience at Thompson Point; our host Jennifer was a pleasure to correspond with! I would highly recommend this piece of paradise to anyone looking for a getaway with family and friends!

| The girls and I absolutely loved the cottage and property. The house is so welcoming and there's lots of space to spread out and enjoy board game night, movies and best of all cooking in that amazing kitchen! Great location! Close to picturesque and historical towns, Sandbanks and ofcourse wineries. Jenn and Eric are excellent hosts!

| Fourth stay at this gorgeous property for our annual girls 3-day weekend. We absolutely loved the new updates and as always we had the best time. When you find a gem like this you book it every.single.year! It doesn't get any easier when a home is appointed with absolutely everything you could need. | Beautiful large appointed remote 'cottage' & lovely garden on the river with all the amenities for all 5 of us, including our dog.
Enjoyed a relaxing week, especially down at the river's edge with a fire pit and cabin/bar watching the sun sets.
Our wonderful host, Jennifer, made sure we had everything we needed & then some.
Highly recommended.

| Great family or couples cottage. Master bedroom featuring 'attached' bedroom with 2 single beds is perfect for young children. 2 living areas an awesome way to give adults and kids their own space at night. Very clean and spacious. Waterfront is amazing, great place to hang out all day and enjoy the setting sun then the the fire pit under the many stars. Lots of room on the lawn to play games. First time near Picton - so much to see and do nearby. Ferry ride was no big deal, kind of an interesting or charming feature. Judging by the number of fishing boats we saw, must be a good spot to catch bass! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.
