| We are return guests and spent the past weekend soaking up the sun at this wonderful cottage. The kids had a great time swimming in the heated pool and playing around the yard. We love this location, under 5 minute drive to anywhere in St. Andrews and a short walk downtown. The cottage is always clean and fresh when we arrive, beds are comfortable and the large family room & dining areas are perfect for everyone. We will definitely return as always

| We had a great family vacation at the cottage! Everything was perfect (pool, cleanliness, location, quiet, furnishings). Even the weather was good! Kevin was available and helpful. I would highly recommend the cottage for any occasion! St Andrew's by the Sea is definitely a must!

| Our extended family rented this cottage for a birthday celebration in May and were so pleased with the location, the spaciousness, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the owner. The cottage had everything we needed from an egg poacher, to binoculars and umbrellas. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our family of 10 adults. Everyone had their own space but came together in the common areas with great comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend this to others.

| Our family has stayed here for the third time. We really enjoyed the cottage again this year. The heated pool was wonderful again. We love the clean fully equipped cottage. The weather was very hot and the cottage stays cool all day. We stayed out at night to watch the meteor showers that were very active. The only complaint from the family was that the week went by too fast.

| This was the second time my family stayed here and had a fantastic time again. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and privacy for our large group of 12. We were not crowded at all. The cottage has everything we needed from linen to bbq propane. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. The weather was perfect. The deer under the apple trees were entertaining. This was a very relaxing week for our family from Ontario and New Brunswick to enjoy. My grandchildren (in their 20's) thought it wasn't long enough and hope to return next year.
