| Hosts Ruth & Graydon were VERY accommodating to our "Unique" request(s) for Booking.
We had needed an extended stay & they went above & beyond to deliver.
The cottage was stocked with anything you may of needed to reach for.
They were both readily available if you had a question or inquiry.
BBQ tank was filled to the brim & we left the cottage in the same tip top shape as we found it in.
We would definitely stay again.

| We had a great week stay at Shadyside. It was a clean and beautifully decorated cottage and perfect for our family of 4. Shadyside had everything we needed from tin foil to beach chairs to board games to coffee/tea! We very much enjoyed the beautiful sun room that this cottage offers. The location of Shadyside is fantastic - the beach is a simple 5 minute walk and the water was warm and the sand was soft! We were also close to so many places - the Falls, Niagara on the Lake, an Outlet Mall, Marineland, the Zoo, Drive-in Movies, a quarry and also some amazing restaurants within walking distance! We rent cottages almost every summer and it was unanimous that this was our favorite. We would 100% return again and have already recommend it to friends.

| We stayed at Shadyside in July 2021 and had a great time. My husband and I are originally from the area so each year we rent so that family and friends can come and visit. Shadyside is our favourite rental so far?it's welcoming, cozy and very nicely decorated. Ruth and Graydon were lovely hosts and the cottage is fully stocked, if I forgot something, they had it! , but the grocery store is also very nearby. The yard was fabulous for outdoor gatherings, nighttime fires and perfect for my two little grandsons to roam and play. The beach was easily accessible, both grandsons walked there without issue (ages 2 & 4). All in all, it was a wonderful experience for us all and my husband and I hope to return in 2022. | Very nice and roomy cottage, with everything you need to have a great relaxing time. The sunroom is a perfect alternative if the weather does not cooperate. Very close to the beach and with beach passes included! The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet. (At least during the week we stayed!). Ruth and Graydon are great hostesses. Very kind, always available to answer any questions and willing to go the extra mile if you need anything. Checked all the boxes!
Will definitely go again.

| Well appointed cottage minutes away from a beautiful sandy beach. The hosts were welcoming and organized, and communication was prompt and clear. Our family had a great time in Crystal Beach and especially enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, zoo, splash pads and playgrounds to keep our little ones busy. Not to mention it's only a half hour drive to Niagara Falls if you need a change of scenery! We hope to come back and stay in this lovely cottage again :)
