Incredible sunsets with great water to swim, boat and fish. Rent just one or all three for extended family and/ or friends. Cottage 1 was completely renovated from top to bottom in the Spring of 2017 and has 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 persons. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom a single over a double bunk bed and the third bedroom a single over a single bunk bed. New kitchen and bathroom and even new entrance and garden doors out to a 450 square foot deck overlooking the water. New Nespresso machine added in 2022.

Cottage 2 has 2 bedrooms with a pull-out couch sleeping up to 6 people and was renovated with a new entrance door, garden doors opening up to a new large deck overlooking the water, new shower stall and hot water tank. $1700.00+tax/week July and August. $1400.00+tax/week off peak.
Cottage 3 has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 persons. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has a single over a single bunk bed and the third bedroom has a Double bed. It is a well equipped, modest cottage with a beautiful view. $1400.00+tax/week July & August. $1150.00/week off peak.
Amenities for all cottages: Sandbanks Park pass, Fire pit, Picnic table, Propane Barbecue, Water Cooler with one 18 litre bottle included, Coffee Maker, Fully stocked kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper.
There are two shared docks, one canoe, two kayaks and two standup paddle boards which can be used by the renters.
Must bring own sheets, blankets, pillows and toiletries. All beds are protected and covered with mattress pad covers which are changed for every new stay. During July and August (Peak Season), there is a minimum 7 night stay. Long Weekends are a minimum 3 night stay. Victoria Day weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend. The other 3 long weekends, (Canada Day, Civic holiday and Labour Day) fall in the peak season. You are able to book Saturday and Sunday night of Labour day weekend since full week ends on Saturday September 5th.

| Cottage 2 worked well for our family of four. I think it's the best of the three as it has an amazing view of sunsets, and a great fire pit to enjoy roasting marshmallows over. The cottage is quaint and rustic. The access to the docks is a bit treacherous if you have any mobility issues. But since it's so close to Sandbanks Provincial Park with its great beaches, not to worry. We definitely recommend it.

| Cottage 2 , rustic, cozy and comfy, awesome view, beautiful deck, great bbq! Owners bend over backwards to make your stay very enjoyable. Cottage 1 fully renovated...very very nice! Lovely decor and great for families. Great wifi, tv/DVD player, did I say awesome view, incredible sunsets!! We'll be back!!
