Located at the harbor's point, you've arrived to a stunning cottage. A place designed for the ships' captain.
This Captain's Quarters extends to you a warm welcome with it's large wood trim, Boston headers and wall paneling. The livingroom features a window bench seat with serene views of the harbor and Cocagne Island. A feature of the southern view is the sun and moon sparkling on the waterfront. The moon rise over the harbor is spectacular. The point is a common area for the Blue herons.
The master suite also features a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the harbour. These quarters also feature a large eastern deck, 14 × 20' , the Warm Deck (great for the fall and spring times). Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and in the living room there are two double size pull out sofa beds.
