Comfortable family cottage right on the water! Enjoy endless sandbars and the warmest swimming north of the Carolinas. Very private location at the end of a lane, no neighbours to one side. Full width front deck and enormous western-facing deck provide water views from every angle. Full set of deck chairs/ lounges to sit back and enjoy the sunset

Two full bathrooms, one with stall shower and one with bathtub/shower. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen which will meet the needs of any home cook. Open concept living area with bay windows overlooking the water and wood fireplace. Separate master bedroom with ensuite bath. Bunk room is a favourite with kids.
The cottage is professionally maintained and cleaned, and stocked with beach toys, board games, books, and CD's.
Great location central to local attractions; 13 minutes to Cape Jourimain Nature Center (hiking paths, restaurant and gift shop), 13 minutes to Confederation Bridge and Prince Edward Island attractions, 6 minutes Murray Beach Provincial Park, 38 minutes to Parlee Beach (Shediac).
