Nestled in a quiet bay and located on a private island with convenient road access. Located in South Frontenac. Close to tourist destinations Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Sight, and Town of Westport. Features a private sandy beach with gradual slope into the lake making it ideal for children. You will have your own private 500 sq. ft. dock, perfect for swimming and fishing. Whether you are a family with young children, a fishing group, interested in stargazing, or just looking for a quiet escape from city life, Camp Carol has something for everyone. Full size canoe, adult double kayak, four children's sized kayaks and basic beach toys are included. Bobs Lake has large and smallmouth bass, walleye, perch, pike, crappie and pan fish. You can experience a true connection with peaceful nature. Two waterfalls are just a kayak/ canoe ride across the channel. Loons, hawks, ospreys, ducks, Great Blue Herons, beavers, and even the occasional Bald Eagle can be witnessed on the Lake.
The cottage is close to amenities, shopping, golf course and tourist destinations.
Public boat launch, marine gas station, boat rental and Cafe right across the bay.
The cottage has WiFi and 55 inch big screen Smart TV.
Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday check in/out.
There is a 6 adult maximum within the total of the 8 person capacity.
Two night minimum rental in June, September and October.

| Had a wonderful vacation at Camp Carol. Tranquil spot on the lake with amazing views , gorgeous sunrises watched from the large windows overlooking the lake in the comfy sunroom. Many places to explore on the huge lake. Much wildlife to see ,recommend bring binoculars. Duane quickly responded to our needs and was very helpful. Missing it already.

| Our week at this cottage was amazing. The cottage has plenty of space with two big living rooms and 4 bedrooms. One of the best features of this property was the beach for our toddlers. The kids were outside all day and there were plenty of toys provided to keep them entertained. The lake was also surprisingly quiet for a long weekend, which was a treat. Duane was very easy to reach via email as he was prompt to answer our many questions, as this was our first time renting a cottage. The lake is beautiful and fishing is solid. My family loved our week here and we would definitely come back again next summer.

| I cannot say enough good things about Camp Carol! Duane was phenomenal at answering my million questions promptly and with plenty of information leading up to the trip and during our time there, which was much appreciated as this was my first time renting a cottage. The cottage itself is a perfect mix of rustic (lots of wood, etc.) with modern day amenities; a dishwasher, a large smart TV, super strong internet connection, etc. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained; the pathway/stairs to the beach area and dock were ideal for those with mobility issues, the beach was well-kept, the firepit was in perfect condition and in a perfect location. The large deck around the cottage is enclosed with glass making it feel super open and still maintaining security for dogs and kids. The bedrooms were a great size, the beds were super comfy. Even the BBQ was clean and obviously well maintained! In general I was tremendously impressed with the cleanliness of the cottage and landscaping. Lots of nearby little towns to stock up on food, etc. The lake was stunning; quiet and serene, great for swimming and canoeing and kayaking. We can't wait to book again for next week!

| This cottage was exactly as advertised, and Duane was great to deal with. Did a very last minute trip, and Duane was excellent in helping us make that happen. He responded quickly to our emails and calls, and was very helpful.
Cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the view of the lake was fantastic. It has an great dock and a kayak and canoe available which we enjoyed the use of. There is even a fire pit down at the lake that was great.
There is a large screen smart TV and a very strong internet signal and very comfy couch...which made ending the day with a Netflix movie perfect.
I have stayed at many rental cottages, and this one is truly worth the money. I would certainly stay again,and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place.

| We returned on Friday from an amazing week at Camp Carol! The cottage was perfect for our party of six including 4 adults and 2 children (aged 5 & 6). We all had a wonderful time in the water swimming, fishing, kayaking and canoeing. The water was gorgeous and the girls especially loved playing on the beach and using the kid sized kayaks. The cottage is very clean and well kept. The location on Bob's Lake is perfect - very quiet with very little boat traffic, even over a long weekend. Duane, the owner was very helpful and prompt at answering my (many) questions before and during our stay. We weren't ready to leave at the end of our week and we can't wait to go back next year!
