| Great vacation spot! Cottage is well kept and having a washer and dryer with a 6 year old is very helpful! Eric was great to work with. Already booked our stay for next year!

| We love Bessie's cottage!
What a wonderful place to stay!!! Just a 4 minute walk from the beach! Besides linens and pillows (due to covid) all other amenities are included, such as parking, laundry, full kitchen, BBQ, wifi, tv with Netflix, hand and dish soaps and a fully fenced back yard! The house is renovated, nicely decorated, very clean and the beds and seating are very comfortable. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains, which is awesome for little ones who still nap! There is a huge entry hall with a Murphy bed and tons of storage space for beach equipment, jackets and shoes.
The hosts are as wonderful as the place! Very gracious and fair. They had a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us and even let us stay an extra night as we missed our first night due to a family emergency. Always easy to reach and had lots of tips on what to do around town. Thank you Eric!
The beach is fabulous and surrounded by good restaurants, like Mackie'a, GT's and Papa Joe's. When it was rainy we checked out the Children's museum in London, both kids loved it! We also went to downtown Port Stanley, which has wonderful restaurants like Kettle Creek Inn and Solo. Overall, a superb vacation and we plan on coming back again next summer!

| We absolutely loved everything about our stay!! Eric was so quick to respond and very helpful with all my questions.
The cottage had absolutely everything we needed and then some!! It is so beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and made us feel right at home.
I loved the room in the front to keep our beach toys, beach chairs etc.
We also loved the set up in the backyard.
We are in love with Port Stanley and Bessie's was the perfect location (walking distance) to the beach. It was great when we wanted to come back for a quick re fill of our cooler, grab more snacks etc.
We couldn't have asked for a better holiday.
Would rebook again in a heart beat!! Thanks for everything!!

| Thank you again for sharing your cottage! We had a wonderful week getaway as a family once again and absolutely love coming to Port Stanley! I have fallen in love with this place! This is our third year coming to Bessies Beach Bungalow, and we continue to enjoy it time and time again. We have fallen in love with Port Stanley and have had a great experience renting this cottage. The new hideaway bed, new decor, new BBQ, and wifi were all wonderful added bonuses this year! Although Netflix was available to us this year, our kids enjoyed watching some DVD's available at the cottage that they remembered from last year! This being our third year, we have noticed the added details each year. Simple every day things like Soap, garbage bags, salt and pepper, fire poker, as well as bonus newer items like a new tv, new bed, new bbq, added decor, fresh paint, and other small touches/details all have added to our positive cottage rental experience. It is a beautiful well kept and cared for cottage. This is an excellent beach getaway and has been a perfect fit for our family of 5! We love the short walk to the main beach, lunch at Mackies, the sand playground at the beach, GT's on the Beach, watching the bridge lift for boats, walking on the pier, walking along the beach as the sun sets, Ice Cream at Brodericks and Shaws, and the short distance drive to London and St. Thomas! Thank you again for such a great cottage rental experience in Port Stanley, Ontario! We love coming!
