Introducing this beautiful cottage property nestled in the heart of Ontario's Muskoka region and only 2 hours drive from Toronto. Located in quiet Mannings Bay on Go Home Lake, the cottage's ideal southwest exposure provides all-day sun and spectacular sunset views. A fire-pit, hot tub and extra large deck/dock at lake's edge create a setting to live out the water-soaked, sun-drenched moments of a Muskoka holiday.

Short hikes on local nature trails accessible from the back of the property can take you to local unpopulated lakes and other natural sights. Deck furnishings at both the cottage and lake provide settings for idyllic dinner and drinks once the sun has finally gone to bed.

The property has 300 feet of private lake frontage and is backed by natural Crown Land.

Note: The cottage is located on Go Home Lake which is a 5-minute drive from Highway 400 exiting at Muskoka Road 38 near Bala Ontario. It can be accessed by boat or ATV. There are two marinas located at the south end of the lake - Minors Bay Marina (705-756-1660) and Go Home Lake Marina (705-375-2211). Public boat launches are located in the vicinity of both marinas, as well as free public parking.
