Enjoy a private getaway on beautiful Lake Clear this summer. The view from the cottage deck is stunning and one you will never tire of. The stairway to the water is to the side of the cottage. Once you reach the dock, take a swim and lounge on the deck. A bunker at water's edge has floating devices and a small fridge is in the Bunkie. Inside the cottage you will find a modern well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a laundry/utility room (containing a wine fridge) and a spacious bathroom. The cottage is finished to a high standard. It is quite private: brush and trees separate you from neighbours on either side. There is little boat traffic in front of the cottage and fishing off the dock is quite good. The lake is appropriately named for its clean water, sourced from a spring: Lake Clear!

Two kayaks and several floating toys are at the Bunkie for guests' use. A marina at the other end of the lake rents boats and equipment.

Note: The cottage is located at 321 Klondike Road at the eastern end of Lake Clear. From Renfrew follow highway 132 to highway 41 to Eganville. Turn right onto 41 and then left onto Opeongo Road. Turn right onto Klondike road (gravel) and follow it to #321
From west, follow 132 to highway 41, turn left onto 41, left onto Opeongo Road and right onto Klondike road

NOTES

1/2 of the rental cost is due upon agreeing to rent, the balance is due upon arrival at the cottage. A $150 cheque in case of damage is required on arrival. I keep the cheque until approximately 2 weeks after guests' departure when I will either mail it to you or provide a photo of the cheque torn up.
