This charming lake front four season cottage is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We welcome you to our spacious three bedroom cottage on the shores of Wasi lake. The open concept kitchen and living area offers a great atmosphere for both family time and entertaining friends. A beautiful wrap around deck leads you to the large flat front lawn and sandy beach. Enjoy fishing, swimming and various watersports, or simply relax while taking in the view. Awaiting you and your guests are three cozy bedrooms, all appointed with newer queen sized beds. Ample plush pillows and premium bedding adorn each room. Bed side tables, lamps and luggage racks let you settle in and make yourself at home. We also have a self inflating queen airbed on a frame available for 2 additional guests allowing to sleep 6-8 guests. The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen provide you and your guests with plenty of space to gather. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, including large double door fridge with ice maker, convection oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is also well stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need to cook up and serve any gourmet meals you can imagine. The large dining room table has ample seating for eight with 4 chairs and a long solid wood bench with storage. The living room area is adorned with a large lounger, loveseat and sofa. For entertainment, there are a number of board games, magazines and books to keep you occupied. For some quiet time, you can enjoy the large screen TV, which we have connected to a DVD player and fire stick. The TV's sound bar can also be connected to your Bluetooth devices for listening to your favourite music.
The three piece bathroom is tastefully decorated and gets plenty of natural light from the frosted window. There is plenty of additional space in the bathroom as well for storing some of your extra items during your stay.
Outside, the yard and lake are your playground. The large dock and lakeside beach area are great for swimming and lounging. Enjoy the kayaks, paddle boards, paddle and row boats. In the evening, you can enjoy a meal on the deck. The propane BBQ is great for cooking and there is a large harvest table where you and your guests can enjoy a meal while overlooking the lake. After dinner, spend your evening roasting marshmallows at the fire pit while counting the stars as you lay back in one of the 6 provided Muskoka chairs.

Interested in a great golf getaway, We are central to 4 great golf courses located near Astorville, Powassan and North Bay, all within a 20 minute drive. Note: The town of Astorville is a short 10-minute drive away and has gas, groceries and LCBO. The town of Powassan is 20 minutes away and has all the charm of a small Ontario town, including gas, a mid-size grocery store, hardware store, bank, beer store & LCBO, convenience store and independent restaurants. The city of North Bay is a 25-minute drive and included everything a large size city has to offer including a large shopping mall, many restaurants and summer activities for the family.
