Come enjoy The Highlands of Belair only 1 hour away north of Winnipeg and 2.5km away from Lester Beach which is one of many East Beaches on Lake Winnipeg including Grand Beach (12 km bike or 20-minute drive). Located nearby are hiking trails, biking paths, snowmobile trails, ATV trails and boat launches. There is also a convenience store with liquor marts, gas stations, hotels, golf courses, casinos, restaurants and bars. This 1200 sq. ft. pet-friendly cabin is 4-season ready with baseboard heaters and wood stove along with air conditioning units in the summer. This cabin sleeps 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed in it and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top. During the summer, there is access to a 3-season sunroom which has a small table and chairs along with a couch for an afternoon nap. There is a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, fully stocked firewood shed and outhouse in the backyard. There is a BBQ on the deck (propane included) with lounge patio furniture and a large round patio table (sits 6). There is a fully stocked kitchen including: microwave, Keurig pot/ single serve, slow cooker, convection oven, stove, fridge, blender, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, etc. The cupboards are stocked with basic spices, oil and baking supplies. All items in the fridge are available for use as well. The tap water is safe to drink as it is double filtered.
During the winter, the cabin is available to use while you are going out ice fishing. It's a great location as it's only a 5-minute drive to Yellow Brick Road boat launch on Lake Winnipeg.
