Bring the whole family or spend some time with friends at this spacious 4 season waterfront lake house. Situated on Lake Chemong, the largest lake in the Kawarthas, just 1.5 hrs from Toronto and 15 minutes from Peterborough. Enjoy the comforts of home while taking in the lake view's, fishing, kayaking or enjoy a quiet night around the bonfire. The lake is not ideal for swimming as there are lily pads in the summer months.

Minutes away from LCBO, hiking/ biking trails, beaches and boat launch.

Enjoy the open concept living room with elevated dining space and kitchen with views of the lake from the sliding doors. The dining space is set for 8 people with 2 fold out chairs should more seating be needed. A highchair is also available for guests with a small child. The kitchen includes amenities such as fridge, freezer, oven , stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, keurig with single cup or drip coffee, french press and kettle.

Alongside the kitchen you will find a powder room, laundry room and lounge room. The Lounge room is equipt with board games, toys for younger children and a TV for playing Playstation 4 or watching DVDs.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser and ensuite 3 piece washroom. Off of the master bedroom is a small nursery that is separated by blackout curtains to ensure the room is dark for babies mid day naps. The master bedroom also has sliding doors with view and access to the large deck.

The second floor has a seating area, 3 piece washroom and 3 additional bedrooms.
