Located in a peaceful area of Saint Adolphe d'Howard, our house will please you for its view on a magnificent forest, its huge garden and the proximity of the beach as well as the ski resort.

For swimming, you will have the choice between the heated pool in the garden, the access to the lake on the other side of the path or the beautiful beach of the Gratton Park at 5 mn by car or 10 mn by bike.

For winter sports, the Mont Avalanche ski resort is a 5 minute drive away! Downhill skiing, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing are available. Morin Heights (15 minutes away) and St Sauveur ski resorts (25 minutes away) are also easily accessible. For ice skating, you have access to the private lake of the domain just in front of the cottage!

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large living room and a large dining room, the interior space is warm and will welcome your family or your friends for beautiful evenings by the fire or on the terrace. The house is bright thanks to its many windows and the heat pump offers the comfort of air conditioning in summer.
