Cozy and Spacious Cottage next to Cove Beach - Tiny

5 min walk to beaches. Approx 2400sq. you will be impressed with the spacious. This cottage is perfect for any time of year. It is located in the Township of Tiny, with a view of a beautiful Ontario forest. There is a lot of privacy and quiet as it is less than a 2-hour drive from Toronto.

Please, don't forget to bring your own bed linens and towels.

The space
- The property is located right beside a forest and has 3 public beaches within a 5-10 minute walk from the cottage.
- The kitchen is equipped with everyday needs from a coffee maker to an air fryer to make delicious meals for the whole family. You can enjoy your meals on the patio or by the firepit in the big and beautiful backyard.
- The backyard is privately fenced and leads to the forest and you will only have one neighbour on the side.
- There is a game room, with so many different and fun board games as well as a pool table, and foosball table.
- Due to Covid we ask all guests to please bring their own linens, bedding, and towels. We have great AC for hot summer nights and a fireplace for chilly evenings.
- One of the fireplaces is wood burning, if you don't know how to use it, please don't use it.
- Some interior decor will be changed.


This is our family home and we ask that our guests treat it as their own.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property, except the garage.
Other things to note
- The Township of Tiny, has septic washrooms. PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INCLUDING TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILETS. We will provide small garbage right beside to dispose of anything. The repairs are very expensive so, please do not throw anything in the toilets.
