Picture post-card farm home in the quiet village of Kemble, only 15 minutes north of Owen Sound. The century old solid brick home brings back memories of yesteryears. Fully furnished with period antiques it is a prefect setting to enjoy a quiet country-side holiday. The main level features a new kitchen, dining area and a sitting area by the electric fireplace. There is also a large living room with Bell satellite TV, and a main level bedroom with a queen size bed and a 4pc bathroom with a small tub nearby. The upper level features a family room with TV, large 3 pc bathroom with laundry facilities, a master bedroom and and an adjacent bedroom both with large closets. The private backyard features a picnic table and barbecue area and a firepit area to enjoy those evening marshmallow roasts by the fire. The area is ideal for hiking and exploring as the Bruce Trail is nearby and there are many opportunities to explore the trails of Georgian Bluffs, Grey County. Georgian Bay is approximately a 5 minute drive away to access the Bay. Shopping, theatre and amenities are very close by with the popular Cobble Beach Resort and Golf Club and Restaurant only 5 minutes to the south of the property. Will have a hot tub installed for the 2023 summer season!

Departure is 10am ($200 late charge)

Before departure the cottage needs to be left the way it is found:
- All dishes washed and put away
- All garbage removed, $20 per bag sur-charge if left
- Counters to be wiped and floors swept
- Cleaners will be responsible for all else
