Lakefront Cottage with Stunning Sunsets

Nature's Nest is a lakefront, 2 story, 860 sq ft chalet in the Annapolis Valley on Tupper Lake. It is a little over an hour from Halifax, 20 minutes from the University town of Wolfville with its surrounding wineries and 10 minutes from gas, groceries & Tim's.

Tupper Lake is a pristine, spring fed lake, primarily non-motorized and considered a low wake zone for the wildlife that share the lake. The water is usually like glass in the early evening and curious turtles and ducks pop by to check out things. Later at night, it's not uncommon to hear the owls and resident pair of loons.

The comfortably air conditioned cottage sits on 1.3 acres and has a dock and 150 feet of private water frontage, only a 10-15 second walk from the cottage.

The lakeside firepit is surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs and lit with ambient tree lights. It is quite magical at night - a perfect spot to appreciate the gorgeous sunsets and stargaze while you enjoy s'mores around the fire.

There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, 43 inch Smart TV and balcony for your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a flexible sleeping option with a XL twin over a Queen bunk and a folding twin with comfortable memory foam mattress and sturdy frame if needed.

There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combined.

Amenities include a heat pump, wood stove, wifi, 2 Smart TV's, over 70 cable channels, (pls bring YOUR sign-in info for Netflix, Prime, Disney+), barbecue, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher for easy clean up, keurig machine, blender for smoothies & shakes, badminton, washer toss, board games and provided firewood. Also take full advantage of the canoe, two kayaks, paddleboard, and floating lounge tube. There are adult and youth life vests.
