Derbyshire Point Lane - Charleston Lake

This 860 square foot cottage on Charleston Lake has a beautiful view of Big Waters. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a single bunk on top and a double bunk on bottom, and a pull out queen in the living room), dining/living room, porch, fire pit and sitting area, deck at the water and a 30 foot dock suitable for parking a 22 foot boat.

The water is great for swimming. It is about 18 inches deep at the shore and 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. It is not weedy. You need to bring your own water toys.

Rates are lower in June and September and higher in July and August.
