Amazing views, great quite place to stay. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 full washrooms both with tub/shower. Kitchen has everything you need to feel at home even a large fridge with ice maker. Views are mostly all of the water with amazing sunsets and sunrises. Watch the stars at night and the moon shining on the water. Fire pit for your enjoyment just outside by the water.

Only 7 mins to Parlee Beach or 15 to the Bouctouche Dunes.This house was just built and is ready for family and fiends to enjoy. Steps to the water for a swim. Watch the boaters going up and down the river, walking distance to get your supper of fired clams or great fish at Chez Leos! Walking distance also to the corner store and other take out.

House rules: No parties/no pets of any kind/no smoking or vaping of any kind
