Kawartha Lake Cottage Retreat

SUMMER
Lovely 4 bedroom cottage only 90 minutes from Toronto, the Cottage is on Buckhorn lake with a private beach and private dock, with a large volley ball net in the back yard. Enjoy a morning kayak or canoe trip on the lake and soak up all nature has to offer, or enjoy fishing off your own private dock. Later in the day enjoy a nice bbq on the large multi-level deck overlooking the lake, and enjoy roasting marshmallows by the campfire in the evening watching the fireflies. The Cottage offers 4 large bedrooms, as well as air conditioning and High speed Wifi. There is a games room with a view of the lake that offers foosball, air hockey and a card table with board games. Nintendo Wii is also available. The cottage has 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat and an aluminum boat with both adult and child life jackets provided. Enjoy some of the best fishing in all of the Kawarthas, with excellent Bass, Pickerel, Perch, Panfish and Muskie fishing one could desire. Fishing rods and lures are offered as well. A volleyball net and horseshoes are also available for use.

WINTER
Enjoy the Winter at this beautiful 4 bedroom lakefront cottage only 90 minutes from Toronto, the Cottage is on Buckhorn Lake and only 10 minutes to town. Watch the snowflakes fall from inside the cottage in front of the windows with a great view of the water. The lake freezes to allow some of the best ice fishing opportunities in the Kawarthas for a wide variety of species. We have shovels available if you would like to shovel off the lake to enjoy ice skating or hockey on the lake. Feel free to bring your snowmobiles or ATVs to enjoy some of the great nearby trails or enjoy a nice ride on the lake. The cottage has Wi-Fi and lots of movies to enjoy for at night.
