This town home is available for long term rental only. The rental period includes: June 1 to November 1 which includes the Fall Season. Collingwood is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Ontario in the Fall.

Tenants must be aware of all condominium rules which will be provided upon request.
Rental Amount includes wifi but excludes hydro. Tenants must register with Collingwood Hydro and pay for their rental period.
