Our Muskoka waterfront cottage has been renovated to provide modern rustic style with all the amenities for comfort. This all season cottage is approximately 1300 sq ft, central air conditioning, fireplace, 4 bedrooms with plenty of space to relax inside and out. Located on the Big East River with access to 4 lakes and 40 miles of boating. We have 4 adult kayaks, 2 junior kayaks, a paddle boat and a canoe. The location is perfect to spend the day on the water or within minutes you can be in Huntsville enjoying the shopping, restaurants and activities. Drive your boat right into town and have a meal! No need for a car!
Our cottage is in a perfect location! Many hiking trails, biking, and snowmobile trails to be found. If you are a skier you can be at Hidden Valley Ski Resort with 15 minutes. We are about 10 minutes from Arrowhead Provincial Park where you can enjoy cross country skiing, skating, snowshoeing, tubing and hiking. The Big East River offers excellent swimming, boating and kayaking. Hutcheson Beach is 2 minutes away if you are looking for a walk in beach for the littles. Winter horse carriage rides are a 2 minute walk down the road. *Please note taxes are included in fees as noted on the rate schedule. Safe travels and enjoy!

We have a smart tv so you can access your Netflix, Crave and other online accounts.
The linens provided on queen beds are full sheet set with 4 pillows and cases on each bed. If using the bunk room we provide a fitted sheet, one pillow and case. Please bring your sleeping bag or blankets if using the bunk room.
Firewood is available to purchase in the garage at $10 a bag if you wish not not bring wood.
