Overwinter in this cozy cottage which is a year round home including a 2 car garage. It's a seven minute walk to the sandy beaches and amazingly clear, warm Lake Erie water at Crystal Beach. Our large glass enclosed 3 season deck with private yard provide a comfortable alternative to enjoy dinner or just spend some quiet time. The porch can be heated with a small electric heater in the cold weather and used all winter long. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, hardwood floors, central air, gas fireplace, a modern kitchen and 2 car garage. The home is located on Cherryhill Blvd South, one of the prettiest streets in the Bay Beach neighborhood of Crystal Beach. We are literally 2000ft or 600 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. Central heat and air conditioning. | We had a wonderful family vacation here this August! It was around a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, but it helped that the owner offered a cart to store our beach belongings (and beach passes!). The house was full of fun Crystal Beach memories as well as well equipped for our kids (ie books, games, puzzles, dvds). My family enjoyed meals out in the sunroom and s'mores outside by the firepit! It was definitely a pleasure to have central air on the hot August days! The only area of improvement would be the beds (they were a bit too hard for our liking).
I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a charming, clean and comfortable home away from home. Great for families!

| We had a week break at this beautiful cottage. Its very clean and was equipped with everything you would need away from home. Very spacious and well maintained. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly area. The host was so friendly and welcoming. Always ready for any questions. Definitely would recommend this home away from home.
