The landscaped gardens, full of colourful perennials, lead to a sunny dock at this west-facing location. A small sandy beach with a shallow walkout deepens quite quickly to about 10ft off the end of the dock and the water is great for swimming.
The wrap-around deck has seating in sunshine and shade and there's a picnic table on the lawn for al fresco dining. The gazebo-covered hot tub, discreetly tucked away off the end of the deck, is bound to be a popular year-round feature.
Inside is a lovingly designed space with an open floor plan on the main level; a comfortable living area, dining for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms on the upper floor are beautifully furnished and the master has an ensuite bathroom.
