Look no further! Take it easy, take it slow at the wonderful Riley Lakehouse. This year-round, private paradise is located in a quiet bay on Riley Lake with beautiful lake views and a stunning backdrop of Canadian Shield granite. This two-acre property is a brand new custom build with many modern amenities. It is the perfect home 'away from home', situated in one of the most sought-after locations in the region. Riley Lakehouse is truly a unique getaway.
Upon entering the cottage at ground level, there is a casual comfortable setting. This level hosts a large recreation-sitting area, with a 75" Bell TV with Satellite service, unlimited Wifi, pool table, lounge and games area and a fully equipped laundry room.
The entry level has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. A 3-piece bathroom is conveniently located near the two bedrooms.
The upper level is open concept throughout. This level features custom pine floors, cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows providing a panoramic view of the lake. There is a spacious sitting area with TV and a large dining area featuring a custom made dining table, that will seat all your guests.
This area also provides an open kitchen, which is fully equipped and invites the cooking scrumptious meals to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is really well equipped with high-end appliances and all the necessities to make vacations comfortable.
The master bedroom with king size bed and 3-piece ensuite is on this level. The second bedroom located on the upper floor has a queen size bed. A third bathroom is available on the upper floor. Each room has its own view of the lake or the unique Canadian Shield rock face.
A gorgeous spacious Muskoka room on the 2nd level is accessible from the main living area. It is comfortably furnished for 8 guests. There is also a wrap around large deck facing the lake on this level. This deck features a dining patio set, Muskoka chairs and a BBQ to enjoy those beautiful, lazy, Muskoka summer days.
There is a large area for the fire pit, close to the lake with enough seating for all guests. Memories will be made while roasting marshmallows and reflecting on the fun days by the lake. The outdoor hot tub is inviting after a long day of sun-filled activities to relax and unwind. An outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the hot tub. A second BBQ with a picnic table is provided to enjoy light fare nearer the waterfront.
It is an easy walk to the 200' shoreline consisting of rock and natural vegetation with a dock, Muskoka chairs, a swim ladder and a hammock. Two personal watercraft can be docked here. A public boat launch is located nearby.
The cottage features 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and an inflatable raft for family fun!

This accommodation is ideal for all those outdoor enthusiasts who seek peace and privacy. Ideal for families, this unique property is outfitted with guest's convenience and comfort in mind.
**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am
**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets, pillows and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements. During Covid, pillows and blankets have to be supplied by guest.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
** Firewood is supplied for start up, when used up more can be bought at local stores.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
