We rent Saturday 4:00 pm to the following Saturday 10:00 am.
1.5 hours from the GTA. Great waterfront cottage at Canal Lake in the Kawarthas. Sleeps maximum 8 in 4 bedrooms. Good for families with young children, elderly guests, and pets. Enjoy 100 feet of private shoreline on quiet Canal Lake, which is known for excellent fishing. Sit on the dock while your children play along the shallow shoreline or on the sandy beach. Fish off the dock for large mouth bass, carp, crappie, muskie, perch, pike, and walleye. Take the canoe, paddle board, or pedal boat around the lake. Enjoy the evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. Numerous amenities will make your stay fun and comfortable. Very clean bungalow with a new and modern kitchen. The land from the cottage to the shoreline has a very small incline, with no rocks or impediments, which makes it safe for elderly people, children, and others who have to be careful walking.
