Cozy Waterfront cottage Rental - Calabogie Area - 1 Bedroom Single family rental. minimum age 30 yrs Perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful, cozy 1 bedroom cottage. Approximately 500 square feet, nestled in a private wooded lot on a dead end private road. Enjoy beautiful views of the pristine Madawaska River. This little cottage is ideal for 2 people. It has a lovely bedroom loft with a queen size bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. The living room, dining room and kitchen offer an open concept with sliding doors that step out onto a brand new deck overlooking the water. The kitchen includes everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Fridge, stove, dishes, cutlery, pots/ pans, coffee makers etc...
Enjoy the comforts of the indoor 3 piece bathroom or the incredible outdoor shower.
Waterfront - We provide you with a private boat dock and canoe. The water is perfect for swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
In the evenings, put your feet up and relax by the campfire under a blanket of stars.

| Just what the Doctor order!!! It is a beautiful cottage with everything one would need for a perfect stay. When looking for a cottage, and we looked at quite a few, we always came back to this one and we were not disappointed.
Our host were very helpful and easy to communicate with.
Thank you once again Kelly for a wonderful week.
Hope to be back next year.

| A slice of Heaven!! What can we say? The cottage is charming. The river is spectacular. The property is lush and also well taken care of.
We, my husband, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect four our small family.
Highlights: grey heron on our dock, coffee on our deck, drinks by the fire, showers in the outdoor shower (believe me, the best shower ever!!) and the starry sky at night!
We can't wait to book again!! We wil be back!!

| I stayed at this cottage with my 2 daughters at the end of August for a week and we absolutely loved it! The cottage is very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The river is gorgeous and the views from the deck are stunning. And most importantly, in my opinion, the owners were very nice to deal with and went above my expectations to make our stay perfect. My girls have already asked when we can go back and I would gladly book our vacation here again in the future.

| Charming is an understatement! The river view is spectacular. The loon calls were calming & we especially enjoyed a blue heron who decided to rest on the dock for a few hours. My husband caught a Hugh pike off the dock & it tasted delightful! We canoed up & down the river admiring the view all around us. The fire pit was part of our nightly routine. There's a dirt road where you can walk your dog on for excise. It's a nice workout for us too, which we walked twice a day! The hummingbirds visited us while on the deck daily. We went out for dinner one night & lunch another day! The hiking is beautiful on Eagles Nest trail & we visited an amazing art gallery! Loved it all!

| What can I say? My wife and I spent a week at this property during July 2021, and it was one of THE MOST relaxing times we've had in a long time. It was peaceful,there were loon calls heard on occasion, and we saw herons swooping in to catch fish in front of the dock. We are planning on booking again with NO hesitation. We found the place in excellent condition, and our grandson, who visited for a day, loved his time there. The only suggestion I would have for the owners would be to add a microwave, so that meals can be reheated. Other than that minor suggestion, five stars!
