Our cozy two bedroom, one bathroom cottage has a breath-taking view of Lake Erie and is a perfect get-away for a week or weekend. Enjoy the breath taking sunrises or sunsets from your gazebo or firepit. Two parking spots are available on the property. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms as well as a room air conditioner in the master bedroom. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors are current and regularly checked. Fire extinguisher is located under the sink in the kitchen. The HD tv has Bell satellite with a DVD player. There are several board games, cards and DVD's for a rainy day. Outside, there is a natural gas bbq and a charcoal bbq. Several outdoor games such as badminton, lawn darts, and croquet are at your disposal.
The town of Dunnville Ontario(located on the Grand River) is a 10 minute drive and has 2 major grocery stores, several restaurants(fast food and fine dining), LCBO, Beer Store, and hospital.
Other attractions : 60 min to Niagara wine region, 50 minutes to Niagara Falls, 35 min to Port Dover, 50 min to St. Catherines, 45 min to Hamilton, 3km to Rock Point Provincial Park
For Golfers: The cottage is located 18 km from an 18 hole golf course(Freedom Oaks), and a 15 min drive to the historic Dunnville Golf Club (public 9 hole course) on the Grand River.
