Welcome to Savvy Beachside Cottage!! A Cozy 2 bedroom plus bunkie cottage located only steps from a beautiful beach in Selkirk Ontario on Lake Erie. Just 45 minutes from Hamilton and 1 hour from Toronto you can take a beautiful country drive to paradise! Port Dover, Niagara Falls wine country, and many golf courses are a short drive if you are in the mood to explore. Three provincial parks are also a short 10-15 min drive nearby. Selkirk Provincial Park (https:/ /www.ontarioparks.com/park/selkirk), Rockpoint Provincial Park (https://www.ontarioparks.com/park/rockpoint) and James N Allen Provincial Park.
(https://www.ontarioparks.com/park/jamesnallan) ... there are MANY conservation areas there also! Byng and Haldimand just to name a few.
You can also choose to relax on the quiet beach that is a one minute walk away during the day and retreat at night to the firepit in the back yard! You won't want to miss the amazing sunrises and sunsets that happen on Lake Erie!!! Bring your camera!
There is a boat launch nearby for boating enthusiasts who have their own boat.
This cozy cottage boasts all the amenities of home! New central air installed in Spring 2021, a 4 piece bathroom with heated floors and touch LED mirror. The kitchen has a full size fridge and stove, microwave, soda stream, toaster oven, regular coffee maker, crock pot, ice maker, and all utensils, pots and pans, and plates/cups! There is also a keurig machine!
Our Savvy Beachside Cottage has wifi throughout the cottage with a 55" smart TV for your viewing pleasure in the living room. Alexa is there for your listening pleasure so you can choose the music you prefer.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser for your clothes. It also has a TV with a Amazon firestick.
Bedroom 2 has twin bunks with a chalkboard for your drawing pleasure!
The bunkie is equipped with a double bed and big screen TV with firestick, mini fridge and alexa for your listening pleasure.
If you are heading to the beach, grab the double chairs with umbrella, cooler and wagon to use while there for your beach experience!!
But Above all, Enjoy yourselves and relax!

| This cottage is definitely a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were beautiful. The cottage was clean and comfortable the additional bunky had more room for the teenagers to have privacy. The property is well kept and private. The beach was amazing. I diamond in the rough. Private and sandy walk out onto Lake Erie. Definitely will book again. 10 out of 10 for sure!!

| My husband and I recently rented Savvy Beachside Cottage for 3 nights. It's well located in a quaint little cottage community on Lake Erie. We were greeted upon entry to a very clean, beautifully decorated, modern looking cottage with a bottle of wine that had been left for our enjoyment. Our 3 nights there were very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom was cozy and well set up. Spending time in front of the gas fireplace was awesome too. We really enjoyed having great Wi-Fi to watch movies or listen to whatever music we wanted on the Wi-Fi speakers. An outstanding collection of kitchen appliances and utensils was there. The lake is just a short one-minute walk away. I bet that the beach will be beautiful in the summer. Our host was great to deal with. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Savvy Beachside Cottage, for a lovely weekend.

| Stayed at this cottage with a friend for the weekend. It was so cozy and beautifully decorated and just a short walk to Lake Erie. I slept in the bunkie, it was nice to have my own space. There is a heater in there that keeps the bunkie at a comfortable temperature, slept like a baby. The bunkie has the perfect view of wildlife, was visited by rabbits a few times in the evening! Our host Renee was very accommodating and so friendly. I plan on renting again ! It's a perfect quiet getaway for rest and relaxation.
